All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Tracking Information

Tracking information is provided for all international orders once your order has shipped. You will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. Domestic (Bahamas) orders may not include tracking depending on the shipping method selected.

Duties, Tariffs & Customs Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, or other fees upon arrival in the destination country. Please note:
