Refund policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to return the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
(For online/International shoppers) To start a return, you can contact us at info@polkadotzboutique.net If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address , as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. All shipping fees are to be covered by the customer.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. No returns on Sale Items! Store credit only.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Most apparel, shoes and accessories cannot be returned,

- bodysuits
- earrings
- final Sale items
- Items with scents, deodorant and signs of wear
- Delivery fees
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items.
We do not exchange or give store credits on white clothing.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
STORE CREDIT
Store Credit Only on return items. Once the items are returned store credit will be sent via email as a promo code to enter at checkout. You can also log into your account to access your store credit and it will be ready for use.
GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards are used within one (1) year from Purchase date
