Polkadotz’s delivery services are carried out 2-3 business days. If items are needed prior, there is a pick-up in store option at checkout. Items are pickup 24 hours after purchase.

FAMILY ISLAND

PROCESSING TIME: same day or next business day. Orders placed after 12 pm are treated as if they came in the next business day. Mailboats & plane departures has different time schedule, so please place orders in a timely manner to receive your packages. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

PROCESSING TIME 1 BUSINESS DAY. Standard shipping is 5-7 business days.
