HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
- Orders are disbursed out locally every 2 days from the purchase date. For Family Islands, once per week (depends on when order is purchased).
CAN I ORDER ONLINE & PICKUP IN-STORE?
- Yes, you can. When checking out please select pick up in store. A notification will be send via email to collect your order. Please send a email to customersupport@polkadotzboutique.net and request for pickup if you have changed your mind about delivery.
I NO LONGER WANT MY ORDER. CAN I GET A REFUND?
- We do NOT issue a refund, store credit only. It is your responsibility to make sure when the order is delivered, refuse the package and email customer service that you no longer want your items.
- If you have already received your items you have 3 business days to make the return. (PLEASE RETURN ITEMS IN THE PACKAGE YOU RECEIVE THEM IN). You can make the return to our storefront location #4 Patton St & Madeira St North, Nassau Bahamas.
CAN I USE MY ONLINE STORE CREDIT IN-STORE?
- Yes, you can. Store credits are available to you in your account.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?
- Our clothing sells out really fast and by the time you would of already made the purchase it was could be sold out. We do not repeat our styles unless it's a high demand for a particular item. If your payment was fraudulent, your order will ALSO be cancelled immediately.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE ME TO RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
- Once your order is returned, you’ll receive your store credit immediately. You can access your store credit in your account on the website.
